Made on our own moulds

We are the plant. Tooling, moulding, printing and inspection all happen under one roof in Dongguan — nothing is subcontracted to a second factory.

Prices on the page

Every discount tier is published and every price is quoted per order in USD, CAD or EUR. No account, no registration wall, no "contact us for price".

Secure payment

T/T bank transfer against a pro-forma invoice issued with every order confirmation. Orders from 2,000 pcs may settle 50% deposit / 50% before shipment.

Door-to-door delivery

DAP to your door, DDP all-inclusive, or hand over to your own forwarder. Air and sea freight are quoted per order by weight and destination.

12-month warranty

Thirty days to check the goods after they land, then a full year of manufacturing cover on top. Faults we accept are made good inside your following order — nothing travels back to Dongguan.

We are the factory — not the middleman.

Fenggang, Dongguan — 5,000 m² of workshop and 100+ staff. Tooling, moulding, printing, finishing and quality control all under one roof. Buyers are welcome to audit on site or over a live video call.

Group background — since 2012

The group's first company, Shenzhen Dikang Technology Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 91440300589181704B), was established in January 2012 and is still an active company today. The entity you buy from was incorporated in January 2019 as Huizhou Dikang Technology Co., Ltd. and renamed in October 2022 when the plant moved to Dongguan — the credit code has not changed, so it is the same legal entity. Both companies share the same founder and legal representative, Mr. Zhao Qingfa. The group has worked in rubber and plastics since 2012 and has run its own manufacturing operations continuously since 2016. All phone-case production runs at our own plant.

09 —Terms & policies

The four things buyers ask us most.

Written out in plain English, with the numbers in them. Read these before you send an enquiry, not after.

Payment terms

We invoice by bank transfer (T/T). Every confirmed order is issued with a pro-forma invoice carrying our company details and the receiving account. Below 2,000 pcs the order is paid in full before production begins. From 2,000 pcs upward we can split it — half as a deposit, half once the goods are ready to load. Anything involving bespoke colour, printing or packaging is settled in full, because those materials are committed to your order from day one.

Returns & replacements

Check the consignment when it lands. A claim may be raised for 30 days from delivery, and our 12-month manufacturing warranty then runs on from there. Send us photographs and a short video of the fault. Once we agree it is ours to answer for, the replacement pieces travel with your following order — you do not post anything back to Dongguan. If the replacements are also faulty, those units are refunded. Full after-sales policy →

Sample policy

A sample costs the unit price printed on the product page, plus the courier charge to your address — we add no sample fee on top. Take 1–5 pcs of a style, ordered quite separately from the bulk run. The sample spend is not credited back against your bulk invoice, which also means nothing is quietly loaded onto the unit price to pay for it.

Cargo insurance

Optional, priced at 2% of the declared cargo value, and covering total loss or damage on the way to you. Decline it and the carrier's exposure stops at the freight charge you paid — the value of the goods is not covered. We suggest taking it on sea shipments and on any first order.
